Terms and Conditions

1. Products Or Services Provided

a) The products advertised in the website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.
b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
d) Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mis-priced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

2. Prices And Payment

OneLife GNA LTD has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change so if you use your shopping list within ‘My account’ as a way of re-ordering items, prices on your previous order may no longer be valid. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where appropriate.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards and PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
a) You may order products from the website by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.
b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

3. Shipping And Delivery

Shipping Policy
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. The time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. We use third party service providers for deliveries.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Delivery Timeframes
2-7 working days.

4. Returns And Refunds Policy

We accept full, undamaged product boxes for refunds up to 28 days from the order date. Refunds are processed within five business days of receipt by Miofolic. Pack the products in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit and provide the package with your name, post code, order number and contact number before shipment:

Please email our team at info@onelife.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery if you have any issues (e.g. damaged product or incorrect orders) with details including your order number. We will email or call you to arrange a replacement or refund, and to discuss the return.
DO NOT return damaged or incorrect orders until you have contacted our customer service team.
